As day three comes to a close in our six-week challenge, I have already lost three pounds. By all means, I am not overweight at all. I’m just unactive and I don’t eat right, period.
So far my wife seems to be whipping my butt on this challenge. She is being careful on what you can and can’t eat during phase one of south beach.
I miss caffine… sweet sugar and caffine!
